· Pre-Contract Estimation: Prepare detailed Bill of Quantities (BOQ) and Bar Bending Schedules (BBS) from structural and architectural drawings.

· Rate Analysis: Conduct market rate analysis for materials, labour, and machinery to establish accurate baseline project budgets.

· Contractor Billing: Scrutinize, verify, and certify running account (RA) bills and final bills submitted by civil and finishing contractors.

· Material Reconciliation: Perform strict monthly material reconciliation (Cement, Steel, Tiles) against theoretical consumption to minimize on-site wastage.

· Variation Management: Identify, evaluate, and negotiate extra items, deviations, and variation claims raised by contractors.

· Cost Tracking: Maintain the project cash-flow statements and flag any cost overruns to the management team before they occur.

Required Skills & Qualifications





· Education: B.Tech / B.E. in Civil Engineering. A diploma/degree in construction management or quantity surveying is a plus.

· Technical Mastery: Exceptional proficiency in MS Excel (vlookup, pivot tables, complex formulas) and ability to read complex structural drawings in AutoCAD.

· Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of standard measurement modes (IS 1200) and prevailing market rates for construction materials.

· Traits: High integrity, solid negotiation skills, and a keen eye for spotting mathematical discrepancies in billing

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
