Job Description:

- DMS – SBAO Application Techno Functional Support (L2 Technical Support to Branches, RPUs).
- Create current reports / Resolve reports related issues in BAM. Coordinate with business vertical.
- Troubleshooting of day to day issues in DMS, Testing & Implementing bug fixes.
- Deploy any CRs in UAT/production environments.
- Coordination with Infra team for VA patching, OS and DB patching etc.

Skills Required:

- Knowledge and Experience in supporting Newgen Product Suite (iBPS-Omniapp, OmniDocs, OmniScan 5.0, Classificator, BAM).
- Knowledge of SQLs, PL/SQL, Core Java.

Educational Qualification:

BSc.IT / BCA / MCA / B.E.-IT / BTech Computer Science / Information Technology / Computer Engineering
