We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Billing Engineer to support the preparation, verification, and processing of project bills. The candidate will assist in measurement verification, quantity estimation, client and subcontractor billing, and documentation while ensuring compliance with contract terms and project requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in preparing client RA (Running Account) bills and final bills.
- Prepare and verify subcontractor bills based on work completed.
- Take site measurements and verify quantities executed.
- Coordinate with site engineers and project teams to obtain work progress data.
- Prepare quantity calculations and maintain measurement sheets.
- Review drawings, BOQs, and contract documents for billing purposes.
- Maintain billing records, invoices, work orders, and supporting documents.
- Track bill submissions,



certifications, and payment status.
- Assist in preparing cost reports and reconciliation statements.
- Ensure billing activities comply with contractual terms and company procedures.
- Support preparation of variation orders and additional work claims.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, and internal departments for billing-related matters.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering.
- 1–2 years of experience in billing, quantity surveying, or construction projects.

Required Skills

- Basic knowledge of construction billing and BOQ preparation.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
