Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Senior C++ Developer with strong hands-on expertise in Embarcadero C++Builder for Windows-based application development. C++Builder is mandatory for this role. Candidates with only standard C++ or MFC C++ experience will not be considered.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain Windows applications using Embarcadero C++Builder.

Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

Develop scalable and high-performance applications.

Handle application enhancements, debugging, bug fixing, and performance optimization.

Write and optimize SQL queries and stored procedures.

Troubleshoot complex technical issues and perform root-cause analysis.

Collaborate with QA, Business Analysts, and support teams.

Participate in code reviews and follow development best practices.

Support production deployments and post-release activities.





Lead technical discussions and mentor junior developers when required.

Required Skills

8+ years of application development experience using C++.

Hands-on experience with Embarcadero C++Builder – Mandatory.

Solid experience in Windows-based application development.

Strong understanding of OOP concepts.

3+ years of experience with SQL and Stored Procedures.

Strong debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Good communication and collaboration skills.

Ability to work with CST time-zone overlap.
