We are looking for a Performance Marketing & Social Media Executive who can actively contribute to business growth by generating current leads and converting them into clients.

The ideal candidate should have hands on knowledge of social media marketing, content creation, paid advertising, lead generation, telecalling, and client conversion. This role requires someone who is comfortable taking ownership of the complete lead-to-client journey.

Key Responsibilities

- Create engaging social media content for Instagram, Facebook, and other platforms.
- Plan, create, and publish regular social media posts, reels, and promotional content.
- Create and manage paid advertising campaigns to generate quality leads.
- Develop ad creatives, captions, copy, and campaign concepts.
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize ads for better leads and conversions.
- Generate new business leads through digital marketing, social media, and online campaigns.
- Follow up with leads through phone calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
- Understand client requirements and explain our services effectively.
- Convert qualified leads into paying clients.




- Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective clients until conversion.

Requirements

- Experience in Performance Marketing, Social Media Marketing, Digital Marketing, or Sales.
- Good knowledge of Meta Ads / Facebook Ads and Instagram marketing.
- Strong content creation and social media skills.
- Good communication and telecalling skills.
- Ability to confidently speak with potential clients and understand their requirements.
- Strong persuasion, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
- Ability to convert leads into clients.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Basic knowledge of Canva or other creative tools is an added advantage.
- Malayalam communication is preferred; English communication skills are an advantage.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
