We are seeking dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager/ Investment Manager/ Portfolio Manager/ Area Manager – Real Estate to lead our sales team and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales leadership, strategy development, and exceeding sales targets. This role requires expertise in market analysis, client relationship management, and team development, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and revenue growth. In addition we are also exploring Individual contributors with minimum 6months work experience to be part of this massive Unicorn Organisation.

Deal Negotiation & Closing
Assist in high-value negotiations and closing major transactions.
Provide expertise and support to the sales team during critical deal-making processes.
- Minimum 6 months experience required.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, real estate, or a related field.
- Minimum 6 months to 3 year of experience is needed for the Individual Contributor Role. (Investment Manager, Sr Investment Manager, Area Manager & Portfolio Manager).
- Proven ability to develop and execute successful sales strategies.
- Experience in a sales-driven industry such as Pharma, BFSI, Telecom, FMCG, Insurance, or Real Estate.
- Maximum CTC Bracket for Individual Contributor Role: ₹3.5L-₹5L (Depending on experience and current CTC)
