Job Summary:

Responsible for assisting with daily retail store operations, customer service, product display, stock management, and sales support to ensure a smooth shopping experience and achieve store targets.

Key Responsibilities:

- Welcome customers and assist them with product selection
- Understand customer requirements and provide suitable product recommendations
- Support daily store sales and achieve assigned targets
- Maintain product displays, shelves, and overall store presentation
- Receive, arrange, label, and replenish inventory
- Monitor stock availability and report shortages or damaged products
- Assist with billing, POS operations, exchanges, and returns
- Maintain accurate stock and sales records
- Handle customer queries and resolve basic concerns professionally
- Coordinate with the Store Manager and other team members for smooth operations
- Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards within the store

- Basic knowledge of POS systems and MS Office

Qualification & Experience:

- HSC / Graduate in any discipline
- 0–3 years of experience in retail, showroom, or customer-facing roles
- Freshers are welcome to apply

Preferred Experience:

- Experience in retail stores, supermarkets, lifestyle stores, consumer electronics, fashion, jewellery, or home appliances
- Prior experience handling customers and POS/billing systems is an added advantage

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
