Job Summary

We are looking for an ERP & EDP / IT Executive with 1–3 years of experience, preferably from a casting, foundry, engineering, or manufacturing industry.

The candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day ERP operations, EDP/MIS reporting, user support, data management, and basic IT support. The candidate should be comfortable working with Production, Stores, Purchase, Quality, Accounts, Sales, and other departments.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day ERP activities and provide support to ERP users.
- Ensure proper and accurate data entry in the ERP system.
- Handle ERP-related issues and coordinate with the ERP software vendor when required.
- Maintain ERP master data such as items, customers, vendors, BOM, products, etc.
- Support ERP modules related to Production, Stores, Purchase, Inventory, Quality, Sales, and Accounts.
- Monitor production and inventory entries in the ERP system.
- Coordinate with the Production and Stores teams for correct data updating.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS/EDP reports.
- Prepare reports related to production, inventory, rejection, scrap, purchase, sales, and dispatch.
- Maintain Excel reports and perform data analysis as required.
- Provide basic IT support for computers, printers, software, internet, and network-related issues.
- Maintain records of computers, printers, and other IT assets.
- Support data backup and basic IT security activities.
- Create and manage ERP user IDs and access permissions.
- Provide basic ERP training and support to employees.




- Identify system/data issues and ensure timely resolution.
- Support ERP improvements, testing, and implementation of new features.
- Maintain proper documentation of ERP and IT activities.

Required Qualification

- Diploma / Graduate in IT, Computer Science, BCA, B.Sc. IT, or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in ERP / EDP / IT support.
- Experience in casting/foundry/manufacturing industry is preferred.

Required Skills

- Good knowledge of MS Excel.
- Basic knowledge of ERP systems.
- Good understanding of manufacturing/production processes.
- Basic knowledge of computer hardware, software, networking, and printers.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Good problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work with different departments.
- Good data accuracy and reporting skills.

Preferred Experience

Candidates with experience in casting, foundry, engineering, auto components, machining, forging, or other manufacturing industries will be preferred.

Knowledge of production, inventory, raw material, rejection, scrap, quality, and dispatch processes will be an added advantage.

Candidate Profile

- Experience: 1–3 Years
- Manufacturing / Casting ERP experience preferred.
- Good Excel and MIS reporting skills.
- Good communication and coordination.
- Ready to work in a manufacturing/plant environment.
- Responsible, disciplined, and willing to learn.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
