Oracle Golden Gate Administrator Pan India · Full Time · Hybrid

About the Role We are seeking a highly skilled Database Administrator with expertise in Oracle GoldenGate Microservices architecture to manage, optimize, and support enterprise data platforms. This role will ensure high availability, performance, security, and seamless data replication across heterogeneous systems, enabling real-time data integration and business continuity. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Oracle GoldenGate and PostgreSQL on Amazon RDS.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, implement, and manage Oracle GoldenGate for real-time data replication and integration
- Configure Extract, Pump, and Replicat processes across heterogeneous databases
- Monitor replication latency, troubleshoot issues, and ensure data consistency and integrity
- Perform upgrades, patching, and performance tuning of GoldenGate environments
- Support data migration, CDC, and zero-downtime migration initiatives
- Implement best practices for high availability and failover in replication architecture
- Manage and maintain PostgreSQL databases hosted on Amazon RDS
- Perform database provisioning, configuration, patching, upgrades,



and capacity planning
- Monitor database performance and optimize queries, indexing strategies, and resource utilization

Requirements

- Expertise in Oracle GoldenGate Microservices architecture
- Experience with PostgreSQL on Amazon RDS
- Knowledge of broader database stack: Oracle, MySQL, Microsoft SQL Server, Oracle Enterprise Manager (OEM)
- Experience with transformation logic within GoldenGate pipelines
- Ability to automate routine DBA tasks using scripting (Python, Shell) and AWS services
