The right candidate will perform the role of a outbound telecaller, contacting borrowers for payment collection purposes.

1. Calling customers to remind them of outstanding payments

2. Convincing customers for timely payments

3. Maintaining accurate customer case details in the CRM/Dialer software.

4. Achieving monthly targets assigned

5. Must have fluent Odia speaking skills

6. Must have fluent Hindi speaking skills

7. Must be able to read and write in English

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
