Role Overview

Lead full-stack Databricks implementations including front-end integration, back-end data engineering, systems integration, technical consulting, and solution architecture.

Build and deploy production-grade data pipelines and cloud-native solutions in customer environments.

Convert ambiguous business requirements into scalable technical designs and reusable implementation patterns.

Configure, troubleshoot, and optimize Databricks solutions while collaborating directly with clients and business stakeholders.

Drive end-to-end delivery,



build customer trust, and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences.

Ideal Candidate:
- Hands-on builder mindset with 10+ Databricks implementation projects.
- Comfortable working in fast-paced, customer-facing environments.
- Strong problem-solving, adaptability, troubleshooting, and ownership of delivery outcomes.
- Ability to represent engineering teams confidently in front of customer stakeholders.
