We are looking for a detail-oriented Junior Accountant to support day-to-day accounting operations, statutory compliance, reporting, and financial documentation. The ideal candidate should have sound accounting knowledge, valuable organizational skills, and proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software.
Key Responsibilities
- Record and maintain Sales, Purchase, and Journal Entries accurately.
- Perform GST workings, set-off entries, and GST reconciliations.
- Prepare TDS workings, calculate TDS interest, and process TDS payments.
- Maintain TDS challans and related statutory documentation.
- Maintain accounting records and supporting documents.
- Track and manage necessary payments and fund movements.
- Manage and reconcile bank accounts.
- Prepare and maintain Club Room Occupancy Reports.
- Coordinate and communicate with club staff for operational and financial matters.
- Prepare management reports and financial summaries.
- Support the consulting team in MIS preparation.
- Assist in financial statement preparation.
- Provide support during statutory, internal, and tax audits.
