As a Custom Software Engineer, your day revolves around spearheading the design, construction, and configuration of software applications. You serve as the main liaison for project-related communications, ensuring seamless coordination among stakeholders. Your role involves overseeing the development lifecycle, addressing challenges proactively, and driving the project towards successful completion with a focus on quality and efficiency.

- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
