We’re Hiring: Business/Sales Development Executive (BDE)

KLM Assets Fin is seeking a dynamic and target-oriented Business Development Executive for our Kottayam branch. Candidates should possess a minimum of 1 year of experience in NBFC or chit fund operations and be confident in handling field-based business development activities.

The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving subscriber growth, strengthening customer engagement, and promoting chit fund services within the local market.

Preferred Candidates:

Applicants from Kottayam district and immediate joiners will be given priority.

Key Responsibilities:

- Acquire recent customers for chit schemes through direct marketing and field visits
- Build business opportunities through networking, references, and local market outreach




- Promote chit products effectively to individuals and business clients
- Monitor customer payments and ensure regular installment follow-ups
- Address client concerns professionally and maintain strong customer relationships
- Identify potential areas for business expansion and market development
- Submit daily activity updates and field reports to the Branch Manager
