About the Internship

We're looking for a creative, enthusiastic, and self-driven Social Media Executive Intern who has recently graduated and is eager to build a career in digital marketing and social media.

This internship is designed for candidates who can dedicate themselves full-time, learn quickly, take ownership, and contribute to building engaging digital content. High-performing interns will be considered for a full-time permanent role at the end of the internship.

We're looking for doers rather than just degree holders. If you're creative, curious, proactive, and willing to learn, we'd love to hear from you.

Responsibilities

- Plan, create, and schedule engaging content across social media platforms.
- Design and publish static posts, carousels, reels, and short-form videos.
- Capture, edit, and optimise video content for Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and YouTube Shorts.
- Research trending topics, viral content, industry updates, and emerging social media trends.
- Write compelling captions, hashtags, and engaging content copy.
- Assist in brainstorming creative campaign ideas and maintaining content calendars.
- Monitor competitor activities and identify new content opportunities.
- Research potential clients and businesses for outreach campaigns.
- Reach out to prospects through LinkedIn, Instagram, email, and other digital platforms.
- Maintain records of outreach activities and follow-ups.
- Support community management by responding to comments and messages when required.




- Track content performance and prepare basic analytics reports.
- Coordinate with the design, marketing, and business development teams for content execution.
- Assist in photoshoots, product shoots, event coverage, and behind-the-scenes content creation whenever required.
- Leverage AI-powered tools such as ChatGPT, Canva AI, CapCut AI, and similar platforms to improve content creation, ideation, and productivity.

Requirements

- Recently graduated or in the final semester of a Bachelor's degree.
- Available to dedicate full-time for the complete 2-month internship.
- Passion for social media, digital marketing, branding, and content creation.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn.
- Comfortable working independently as well as in a team.
- Comfortable appearing in videos is preferred but not mandatory.

Preferred Skills

- Basic video editing.
- Basic graphic designing.
- Copywriting.
- Photography or videography.
- Familiarity with Canva, CapCut, Adobe Express, Photoshop, or similar creative tools.
- Knowledge of AI tools for content creation is a plus.
- Basic understanding of social media analytics.

No prior work experience is required. If you've managed your own Instagram page, YouTube channel, blog,



portfolio, or created content as a personal project, we'd love to see it.
