Job Summary
We are looking for an ITI Fitter to work in our Agricultural Engineering Assembly Unit. The candidate will be responsible for mechanical assembly, fitting, installation, alignment, and inspection of agricultural machinery and related components.
Key Responsibilities
- Assemble agricultural machinery, equipment, and mechanical components as per drawings and work instructions.
- Perform fitting, drilling, tapping, grinding, cutting, and basic machining activities.
- Use hand tools, power tools, and measuring instruments safely and effectively.
- Read and understand basic mechanical drawings and assembly diagrams.
- Ensure proper alignment, tightening, and fitting of components.
- Inspect assembled parts for dimensional accuracy and proper functioning.
- Identify assembly defects and report issues to the supervisor.
- Maintain good housekeeping and follow 5S practices in the assembly area.
- Follow safety procedures and use required PPE.
- Support production and maintenance teams whenever required.
- Maintain quality standards and achieve daily production targets.

- ITI – Fitter Trade
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Experience in mechanical assembly or agricultural machinery manufacturing will be an added advantage.
Required Skills
- Basic knowledge of mechanical fitting and assembly.
- Knowledge of hand tools and measuring instruments.
- Ability to understand mechanical drawings.
- Valuable teamwork and discipline.
- Willingness to work in a manufacturing/production environment.
