About the Role

This isn't a typical social media role.

You'll work directly with the founder to bring ideas to life—from Instagram content and founder storytelling to community events, creator collaborations, product testing sessions, and brand launches.

Your ResponsibilitiesContent Creation

- Shoot high-quality videos using a smartphone and camera.
- Plan and execute Instagram Reels, Stories, and behind-the-scenes content.
- Capture founder content, meetings, events, and product shoots.
- Edit videos for Instagram using CapCut, Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar software.




- Ensure all content aligns with UNHIDE's premium visual identity.

Brand Execution

- Turn the founder's ideas into actionable execution plans.
- Coordinate photoshoots and content production.
- Work with photographers, designers, freelancers, and agencies.
- Manage the content calendar and ensure deadlines are met.
- Maintain consistency across all brand touchpoints.

Community Building

- Help organize and execute UNHIDE Insiders events.
- Coordinate product testing sessions.
- Engage with creators, customers, and community members.
- Support collaborations and partnerships.
- Capture event content and manage post-event communication.

Social Media Management

- Publish and schedule content across platforms.
- Write engaging captions and coordinate approvals.
- Monitor comments and messages when required.
- Track content performance and prepare monthly reports.
- Stay updated on trends while ensuring they align with the UNHIDE brand.

Operations & Coordination

- Coordinate vendors, creators, photographers, printers, and agencies.
- Maintain project timelines and ensure timely execution.
- Anticipate challenges and propose solutions before they become problems.
- Take ownership of assigned projects from start to finish.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
