About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Collections Executive with a minimum of 2 years of experience in collections calling. The candidate will be responsible for handling customers over calls, following up on outstanding payments, and ensuring timely collections while maintaining professional customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls for payment follow-ups and overdue collections.
- Follow up on PTPs and ensure timely payments.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly collection targets.
- Handle customer queries, objections, and payment-related concerns.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, PTPs, and collections.
- Escalate critical cases and coordinate with internal teams.
- Ensure compliance with collection policies and regulatory guidelines.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in collections calling/tele-calling, preferably in BFSI, fintech, lending, loans, credit cards, or NBFCs.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Comfortable handling customers over the phone and managing difficult conversations.
- Target-oriented and comfortable working in a high-pressure environment.
- Positive follow-up and persuasion skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and collection/CRM systems will be an added advantage.
- Candidates based in Noida/Greater Noida preferred.
