Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and technically strong **Jr. Technical Lead** with **2–4 years of experience** to join our technology team. The candidate will be responsible for contributing to technical development, supporting the implementation of projects, troubleshooting issues, and coordinating with developers and other stakeholders.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable working hands-on with technology while gradually taking ownership of **technical tasks, code quality, task allocation, and team coordination**.

Key Responsibilities

* Work closely with developers, project coordinators, and management to understand technical requirements.

* Participate in the **design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance** of applications and technical solutions.

* Review code and ensure adherence to development standards and best practices.

* Assist in breaking down business requirements into technical tasks.

* Provide technical guidance and support to junior developers.

* Monitor project progress from a technical perspective and identify potential challenges.

* Troubleshoot and resolve application, integration, and production issues.

* Conduct basic code reviews and ensure quality, security, scalability, and maintainability.

* Collaborate with QA teams to identify and resolve defects.

* Work with DevOps/Cloud teams for deployment, CI/CD, and environment-related requirements.

* Maintain technical documentation, architecture notes, and development guidelines.

* Participate in technical discussions and contribute to solution design.

* Help estimate development effort and timelines for assigned tasks.





* Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project execution.

* Stay updated with emerging technologies, frameworks, AI tools, and development best practices.

* Support the Technical Lead/Manager in managing technical deliverables and team activities.

Required Technical Skills

Additional Skills

* Strong understanding of **OOP concepts, APIs, databases, and software development life cycle**.

* Experience working with **REST APIs and third-party integrations**.

* Knowledge of SQL and relational databases.

* Familiarity with **Git/GitHub/GitLab/Bitbucket**.

* Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.

* Basic knowledge of **CI/CD and DevOps practices**.

* Familiarity with cloud platforms such as **AWS, Azure, or GCP** is an advantage.

* Understanding of application security, performance, and scalability is preferred.

* Exposure to AI/GenAI tools and integrations will be an added advantage.

## Leadership & Coordination Responsibilities

Since this is a Technical Lead position, the candidate will gradually take ownership of:

* Coordinating a small development team.

* Allocating technical tasks based on team capabilities.

* Tracking technical deliverables and deadlines.

* Conducting basic code reviews.





* Mentoring junior developers.

* Identifying technical blockers and escalating them when required.

* Communicating technical updates to the senior technical team or management.

* Ensuring development standards and processes are followed.

Education

Bachelor's degree in **Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field** preferred.

Experience

**2–4 years of relevant software development / IT experience.**

Candidates with strong technical skills and demonstrated leadership potential will be considered even if they have limited formal team-lead experience.
