About the Role

We are looking for a highly curious and tech-savvy AI Agent / AI Automation Executive who can explore, operate, and implement different AI tools and platforms to improve our business processes.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable working with multiple AI software platforms, creating AI-powered workflows, automating repetitive tasks, generating content, analysing data, and finding practical ways to use AI across different departments.

This role is not limited to one AI tool. The candidate should continuously learn new AI technologies and identify the right AI software for a particular business requirement.

Key Responsibilities

- Work hands-on with different AI tools, AI agents, automation platforms and generative AI software.
- Research and evaluate new AI tools based on business requirements.
- Create and manage AI-powered workflows and automation.
- Build AI agents for repetitive business tasks and internal processes.
- Use AI for content generation, data analysis, research, documentation and reporting.
- Automate repetitive tasks using AI and no-code/low-code automation platforms.
- Work with tools for text, image, video, audio, presentations, documents and data generation.
- Create effective prompts and reusable prompt templates.
- Test different AI models and compare their outputs for accuracy and quality.
- Identify opportunities where AI can reduce manual work and improve productivity.
- Assist different teams in adopting AI tools in their daily work.
- Maintain documentation of AI workflows, prompts, tools and processes.
- Monitor AI-generated outputs and ensure quality, accuracy and consistency.
- Troubleshoot AI workflows and improve them based on user feedback.
- Stay updated with new AI tools, models, features and automation technologies.
- Collaborate with the Product,



Business, HR, Marketing, Operations and Technology teams to implement AI solutions.

AI Tools / Platforms

The candidate should have hands-on experience with multiple AI tools, such as:

- ChatGPT / OpenAI
- Google Gemini
- Claude
- Microsoft Copilot
- Perplexity
- Midjourney / DALL·E / other AI image-generation tools
- AI video-generation tools
- AI presentation and document-generation tools
- AI voice/audio tools
- Canva AI and similar creative tools
- Power BI / AI-assisted analytics tools
- Zapier / Make / n8n or similar automation platforms
- AI chatbot and AI-agent platforms
- Google Workspace / Microsoft 365 AI tools

The candidate does not need to know every tool listed above but should demonstrate the ability to quickly learn and work with new AI software.

Required Skills

- Strong understanding of Generative AI and AI Agents.
- Excellent prompt engineering skills.
- Hands-on experience with multiple AI platforms.
- Understanding of AI automation and workflow creation.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to understand a business requirement and identify an appropriate AI solution.
- Good research skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication.
- Ability to test, compare and improve AI-generated outputs.
- Good documentation skills.
- Willingness to continuously experiment with new AI technologies.

Good to Have

- Basic knowledge of APIs and webhooks.
- Basic understanding of JSON.
- Experience with automation platforms such as Make, Zapier or n8n.
- Basic knowledge of Python or JavaScript.
- Experience creating chatbots or AI agents.
- Experience working with CRM, ERP,



HRMS or other business applications.
- Experience with AI-based data analysis and dashboards.
- Experience in integrating AI tools with existing business applications.

- Cost savings/productivity improvement achieved through AI.
- Continuous discovery and evaluation of new AI tools.

Educational Qualification

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Business, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field.
- Candidates from other backgrounds may also be considered if they have strong practical AI skills and a demonstrable portfolio.

Important

Candidates may be asked to demonstrate their practical AI skills during the interview by completing a short AI/automation assignment.

Pay: ₹200,000.75 - ₹400,000.00 per year
