Business Development Manager (BDM) – Overseas Recruitment

Role Purpose

Drive client acquisition and revenue growth by securing overseas job orders (GCC, Europe,

Asia) for white-collar and blue-collar recruitment services.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and onboard international clients (EPC, Oil & Gas, Manufacturing, Hospitality, IT,

Healthcare, Construction) via cold outreach, LinkedIn, job portals, and industry networks.

- Prepare and present business proposals, service agreements, and rate cards to overseas

employers and HR decision-makers.

- Conduct market research to identify hiring trends, competitor activity, and recent geographic

opportunities.

- Coordinate with the recruitment delivery team to ensure timely fulfilment of client

requirements and SLAs.

- Maintain accurate CRM records (leads, pipelines, closures) and submit weekly/monthly

sales reports to management.

- Represent the firm at industry events, webinars,



and trade missions to build brand

visibility.

- Revenue generated from new vs existing clients
- Conversion rate (leads to closures)
- Average deal size and client retention rate

Qualifications & Experience

- Bachelor’s degree in Business/HR/Marketing; MBA preferred
- 4–7 years in B2B sales or business development, preferably in overseas recruitment or

staffing

- Proven track record of achieving sales targets in international markets (GCC/Europe)
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills
- Proficiency in CRM tools (Zoho, Salesforce, HubSpot) and MS Office

Bachelor’s degree in Business/HR/Marketing; MBA preferred
