Job Summary

We are looking for a highly experienced SAP Retail Senior Manager with 12–15+ years of SAP consulting experience and strong expertise in SAP PMR (Promotion Management for Retail), SAP IS-Retail, SAP CAR, S/4HANA Retail, and POS integration.

The ideal candidate should have extensive experience leading end-to-end SAP Retail implementations and global rollouts, with a strong understanding of retail promotions, pricing, offers, rebates, and campaign management.

The candidate will be responsible for solution design, architecture decisions, client engagement, project leadership, and successful delivery of large-scale retail transformation programs.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead SAP PMR / IS-Retail implementation and transformation projects.
- Drive end-to-end implementation activities from requirement gathering through UAT, cutover, go-live, and hypercare.
- Lead fit-gap workshops with business stakeholders and identify appropriate SAP solutions.
- Design and define scalable solutions for retail promotion and pricing processes.
- Provide technical and functional leadership for SAP PMR, SAP CAR, S/4HANA Retail, and POS integrations.
- Understand and support retail processes including:
- Promotion Management
- Pricing
- Offers
- Rebates
- Campaign Management
- Markdown / Promotional Pricing
- Lead solution design and make architecture decisions aligned with business requirements.
- Work closely with SAP functional teams, technical teams, business users, and external partners.
- Manage client relationships and act as a senior point of contact for SAP Retail solutions.
- Lead global implementation and rollout programs across multiple geographies.
- Review solution designs, functional specifications, test scenarios, and deployment plans.
- Support UAT planning, defect resolution,



cutover activities, and go-live readiness.
- Identify process improvement opportunities and recommend innovative SAP Retail solutions.
- Mentor and guide SAP Retail consultants and project team members.
- Manage risks, dependencies, issues, and escalations throughout the project lifecycle.

Required Skills & Experience

- 12–15+ years of SAP consulting experience.
- Strong hands-on experience in SAP IS-Retail.
- Extensive experience with SAP PMR (Promotion Management for Retail).
- Strong knowledge of SAP CAR (Customer Activity Repository).
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA Retail.
- Strong understanding of POS integration and retail systems.

- Proven experience in end-to-end SAP Retail implementations.
- Experience leading global rollouts / large-scale retail transformation programs.

- Strong client-facing and stakeholder management skills.
- Proven experience in leading and mentoring large cross-functional teams.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

Preferred Qualifications

- SAP Retail / SAP PMR certification is an advantage.
- Experience with global retail organizations.
- Exposure to SAP Retail architecture and integration landscape.
- Experience working with international stakeholders and distributed teams.
- Solid understanding of Agile project delivery methodologies.
- Experience in program/project management is a plus.

Pay: ₹1,500,000.00 - ₹2,800,000.00 per year
