About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and highly capable Head of Accounts & Fund Management with 7–15 years of relevant experience to take complete ownership of our Accounts, Finance, and Fund Management functions.

The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in end-to-end accounting, financial management, cash-flow planning, and fund management, with the ability to independently manage the complete finance function and lead the accounts team.

A qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

- Take complete ownership of the end-to-end accounting and finance function.
- Manage the complete accounting cycle, including AP, AR, general ledger, reconciliations, journal entries, and month-end/year-end closing.
- Prepare and review financial statements, MIS, budgets, cash-flow statements, and financial reports.
- Lead fund management and cash-flow planning for the organization.
- Plan and monitor daily, weekly, and monthly fund requirements.
- Ensure adequate liquidity and optimum utilization of available funds.
- Monitor cash inflows and outflows, working capital, receivables, payables, and fund requirements.
- Manage banking relationships and coordinate with banks and financial institutions.
- Plan and manage payments, collections, investments, and other financial commitments as applicable.
- Ensure timely availability of funds for business operations and strategic requirements.
- Develop cash-flow forecasts and proactively identify potential funding gaps or surpluses.
- Handle GST,



TDS, income tax, and other statutory compliances.
- Coordinate statutory audits, internal audits, tax audits, and other financial audits.
- Establish and strengthen internal financial controls, accounting policies, and SOPs.
- Identify financial risks and implement appropriate controls and corrective measures.
- Ensure accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closure.
- Lead, manage, train, and mentor the Accounts & Finance team.
- Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, banks, and other financial stakeholders.
- Provide financial analysis and insights to senior management to support business decisions.
- Ensure complete accuracy, transparency, confidentiality, and financial discipline across the finance function.

Candidate Requirements

- CA qualified candidates preferred.
- 7–15 years of relevant experience in Accounts, Finance, and Fund Management.
- Proven experience independently handling the complete accounting and finance function.
- Strong practical knowledge of fund management, cash-flow management, working capital, and banking operations.
- Strong knowledge of accounting, taxation, GST, TDS, audits, and statutory compliance.
- Experience in managing and leading an Accounts/Finance team.
- Robust working knowledge of Tally/ERP systems and MS Excel.
- Excellent financial analysis, planning, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and financial integrity.
- Ability to take complete ownership and work independently.
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.

Compensation

Salary is not a constraint for the right candidate.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
