Key Responsibilities:

1. Inventory Management:

- Maintain accurate records of all incoming and outgoing materials.
- Ensure proper documentation of goods received and dispatched.
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate with procurement for timely replenishment.

2. Material Handling:

- Oversee unloading, storage, and placement of raw materials like uPVC profiles, aluminium sections, glass, hardware, gaskets, and accessories.
- Implement proper storage methods to prevent material damage and loss.

3. Issuing Materials:

- Issue raw materials to production as per job cards and maintain usage logs.
- Track consumption trends and identify any variances or wastage.

4. Warehouse Organization:

- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe store workplace.
- Label materials correctly and ensure easy traceability.

5. Documentation & Reporting:

- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly stock reports.
- Conduct regular stock audits and physical verifications.

6. Coordination:

- Coordinate with the production, purchase,



and dispatch teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Liaise with vendors and transporters for material deliveries.

7. Compliance:

- Ensure compliance with company policies and health & safety standards.
- Maintain records for internal and external audits.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Minimum Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Warehouse Management, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in uPVC or Aluminium fabrication industry.
- Strong knowledge of inventory systems, ERP software (e.g., Tally, SAP, or custom ERPs).
- Good understanding of materials used in window and door manufacturing.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to lead a team and handle work pressure.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
