Key Responsibilities

- Design, implement, configure, and maintain enterprise virtualization infrastructure.
- Manage and troubleshoot VMware vSphere, ESXi, vCenter, and related virtualization technologies.
- Monitor virtual machines, hosts, clusters, resource utilization, and overall infrastructure performance.
- Perform VM provisioning, migration, cloning, snapshots, patching, and capacity management.
- Handle HA, DRS, vMotion, Storage vMotion and virtualization cluster administration.
- Troubleshoot virtualization, compute, storage, and connectivity-related issues.
- Support backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity requirements for virtual environments.
- Coordinate with Network, Storage, Security, and Server teams for infrastructure-related activities.
- Maintain technical documentation, SOPs, incident reports, and change records.
- Participate in infrastructure upgrades, migrations, and optimization projects.

Mandatory / Preferred Skills

- Strong hands-on experience in VMware virtualization technologies.




- Valuable knowledge of vSphere, ESXi, vCenter, HA, DRS and vMotion.
- Experience with Windows/Linux server environments.
- Good understanding of SAN/NAS, storage, networking, DNS, DHCP and TCP/IP.
- Experience in virtualization monitoring, performance tuning, and troubleshooting.
- Knowledge of backup and disaster recovery solutions.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.

Candidate Profile

- 3–8 years of relevant experience in Virtualization / VMware Administration.
- Candidates with strong hands-on infrastructure experience will be preferred.
- Immediate Joiners / Short Notice Period candidates preferred.
- Should be comfortable working in an enterprise IT infrastructure environment.

Pay: ₹345,615.06 - ₹600,000.00 per year
