Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Senior Amazon Ads Specialist / Performance Marketing professional to manage and optimize Amazon advertising campaigns for consumer-facing brands.

The ideal candidate should have solid hands-on experience in Amazon PPC, keyword research, bid management, campaign optimization, and performance marketing, with a proven ability to drive sales and improve ROI.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, execute, and optimize Amazon PPC campaigns.
- Manage Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Sponsored Display campaigns.
- Monitor and improve campaign performance using ACOS, ROAS, CTR, CPC, and Conversion Rate.
- Conduct keyword research, search-term analysis, and competitor analysis.
- Develop and implement effective bidding strategies to maximize ROI.
- Optimize Amazon product listings, A+ Content, and product detail pages.
- Work closely with internal teams to improve product visibility and sales.
- Prepare regular performance reports and provide actionable optimization recommendations.
- Manage multiple campaigns and ensure performance targets are achieved.

Required Skills & Qualifications





- 3–5 years of hands-on experience managing Amazon PPC/Amazon Ads campaigns.
- Strong knowledge of Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Sponsored Display.
- Excellent understanding of ACOS, ROAS, CTR, CPC, and Conversion Rate.
- Experience in keyword research, campaign optimization, and competitor tracking.
- Hands-on experience with Amazon listing optimization and A+ Content.
- Experience working with D2C, E-commerce, FMCG, Health & Wellness, or Consumer Brands.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Proven experience in end-to-end Amazon Ads campaign management.
- Strong analytical mindset with a focus on measurable business results.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Strong understanding of performance marketing and e-commerce growth.
- Ability to work from the office in Hyderabad.
- Immediate to 30 days' notice period preferred.
