About the Role

SEOUpwork is looking for a motivated and result-oriented Business Development Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have 6 months–1 year of experience in business development, sales, lead generation, or client acquisition, preferably in the IT or Digital Marketing industry.

Requirements

- 6 months–1 year of experience in Business Development / Sales / Lead Generation.
- Basic understanding of IT and Digital Marketing services.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to identify potential clients and generate new business opportunities.
- Experience with lead generation through LinkedIn, email, calling, Upwork, or other platforms.
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools, MS Office, and Google Workspace.
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and client-handling skills.
- Good follow-up and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in a fully remote environment.




- Target-oriented with a strong focus on achieving business goals.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate and identify new business opportunities through various channels.
- Research potential clients and build a strong sales pipeline.
- Connect with prospects through calls, emails, LinkedIn, Upwork, and other platforms.
- Understand client requirements and coordinate with the internal team.
- Prepare proposals and quotations and follow up with prospective clients.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Maintain records of leads, follow-ups, and sales activities.
- Achieve assigned business development and sales targets.
