Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain products/services
- Handle inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries
- Follow up with leads and convert them into customers
- Maintain a database of customer interactions and update CRM regularly
- Provide accurate information about services, offers, and company policies
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers
- Meet daily/weekly/monthly call and conversion targets

Required Skills

- Good communication skill & Positive attitude and patience
- Strong convincing and negotiation skills
- Basic computer knowledge

Qualification

- Minimum: SSLC/Plus Two / Any Degree
- Freshers can apply

Working Time : 9:30 am to 5:30pm ( Monday to Saturday)
