Job Title: Plumbing BIM Engineer

Job Timings: 9 AM to 7 PM

Working Days: Monday to Friday (Onsite)

Position Overview
We are looking for a highly skilled and detail-oriented Plumbing BIM Engineer with proven expertise in Revit to join our dynamic MEPF (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing & Fire Protection) team. The role involves designing, modeling, and coordinating plumbing systems for commercial, institutional, and specialized projects, with a strong focus on U.S. code compliance, BIM workflows, and client-centric delivery.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and layout plumbing systems, including domestic water, sanitary, stormwater, and specialty piping, using Revit MEP.
- Develop and maintain coordinated BIM models integrating architectural and other MEP disciplines.
- Ensure designs comply with applicable codes and standards (UPC, IPC, NFPA, ADA, LEED, etc.).
- Prepare construction drawings, technical specifications, and equipment schedules.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and external consultants to resolve design issues and optimize system performance.
- Participate in client meetings, design reviews,



and value engineering sessions.
- Support QA/QC processes and contribute to improving design standards and workflows.

Qualifications & Skills

- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline.
- 1–5 years of plumbing design experience in the AEC industry.
- Proficiency in Revit MEP and BIM coordination tools (Navisworks, AutoCAD MEP, etc.).
- Strong knowledge of plumbing codes and standards (UPC, IPC, ASPE).
- Experience with U.S.-based projects and jurisdictional compliance requirements.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and documentation skills.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
