Job Summary
We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-oriented Tele Callers to join our team in Kolkata. The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, communicating with customers, generating leads, providing information about our products/services, and maintaining valuable customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
- Explain company products and services clearly.
- Generate and qualify leads through phone calls.
- Follow up with customers and maintain regular communication.
- Handle customer queries professionally.
- Schedule appointments or meetings when required.
- Maintain accurate records of calls and customer information.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling targets.
- Maintain a positive and skilled attitude while communicating with customers.
Required Skills
- Good verbal communication skills.
- Confident and pleasant personality.
- Good convincing and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Ability to work with targets.
- Fluency in English and Hindi is preferred.
Eligibility
- Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate
- Freshers can apply.
- Prior experience in telecalling, telesales, customer support, or BPO will be an advantage.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
