We are looking for a Hardware Design System Engineer with solid experience in RF tracking and

communication systems, embedded hardware design, and system-level integration. The role involves

end-to-end hardware design, testing, documentation, and support for production-oriented

applications. Key Responsibilities

Design and development of RF tracking and communication systems using FPGA, CPLD, micro

controllers, and DSPs. Design, implement, and validate interfaces with external devices using protocols such as SPI, I2C, UART, RS-232/RS-422/RS-485, CAN, Ethernet, and other custom interfaces. Perform unit-level testing, debugging, and validation of PCBs, including bring-up and fault isolation. Design hardware for Build-to-Stock (BTS) and Build-to-Procure (BTP) applications with a focus on

reliability and manufacturability. Selection and integration of electronic components such as power supplies, DC-DC converters, relays, filters, protection circuits, and signal conditioning circuits. Support system integration, troubleshooting, and performance optimization of hardware modules. Prepare and maintain design documentation including schematics, BOMs, test procedures, test reports, and design review documents as per organizational and industry standards. Coordinate with firmware, RF, mechanical, and production teams during development and

deployment phases. Required Skills & Knowledge





Strong fundamentals in analog and digital circuit design. Hands-on experience with FPGA/CPLD based hardware platforms and embedded controllers. Knowledge of RF subsystems, signal flow, and interfacing with baseband/processing units. Proficiency in unit-level PCB testing and debugging. Practical experience with test and measurement equipment such as:

Oscilloscope

Signal Generator

Spectrum Analyzer

Logic Analyzer

Understanding of EMI/EMC considerations, grounding, shielding, and power integrity (preferred). Familiarity with industry documentation standards (defence/industrial standards preferred). Desirable Skills

Experience in defence, aerospace, or mission-critical electronics. Knowledge of environmental testing, qualification testing, and production support. Exposure to DFT/DFM practices. Qualifications

Communication skills to collaborate with other Engineers, Software Developers and IT professionals

B.E/B.Tech/M.Tech in Electronics & Communication Engineering / Electrical / Instrumentation or

related discipline. Strong skills in Electronics Hardware Design, Hardware Design, and Circuit Design

Strong Experience in Hardware Architecture and in Hardware development

Time management skills to complete assigned tasks within strict deadlines

Experience with schematic capture and PCB layout tools

Experience in the Defence / Aerospace Industry is a plus

Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
