About the CEO and Co-Founder :
Ahana Gautam is an experienced operator with a passion to build and grow the biggest consumer brands in India. She has a B. Tech from IIT Bombay and an MBA from Harvard Business School. She started her career at P&G; where she worked across multiple functions - supply chain, finance and marketing.
Ahana grew her passion for food brands at General Mills in the US where she launched natural and organic products.Designation- Planning Executive
Job Description:
An ideal candidate should be able to:
1. Monitor FG inventory across all the storage locations.
2. Analyze data and come up with meaningful inferences/recommendations.
3. Assist demand & supply planning team by sharing data with sanctity.
4. Assist supply planning team in developing weekly production plans.
5. Highlight SLOB exposure/risks throughout the entire product portfolio.
Skill Sets: 1. Advanced excel 2. Experience on any dashboarding tool- Power BI/QlikSense etc. 3. Strong written & oral communication skills.
Qualification & Experience: 1. Graduate/B.Tech with 1-1.5 years of experience. 2. Experience in preferably FMCG/Pharma.
