Are you passionate about US Healthcare Recruitment? We're looking for a driven Healthcare Recruiter with hands-on experience meeting MSP and Direct Client requirements and is ready to grow with a fast-paced healthcare staffing team.

What You'll Do:
Source and recruit healthcare professionals for contract, travel, and permanent positions.
Handle the complete recruitment lifecycle for MSP and Direct Client requirements.
Source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, ATS/VMS platforms, and other channels.
Screen candidates, coordinate interviews, negotiate offers, and manage onboarding.
Build a strong talent pipeline while ensuring quality submissions and quick turnaround.

What We're Looking For:
✔ 1+ Years of experience in US Healthcare Staffing.
✔ Hands-on experience with MSP and Direct Client requirements (Mandatory).




✔ Positive understanding of US healthcare roles such as RN, LPN, CNA, Allied Health, and Therapy.
✔ Strong communication, sourcing, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
✔ Ability to work in a target-driven and fast-paced environment.
