Main Roles & Responsibilities

- Supervise Site Work
- Monitor daily construction activities.
- Ensure workers follow the work plan and instructions.
- Check that work is done as per approved drawings.
- Manage Workers
- Allocate work to labour and subcontractors.
- Monitor attendance and productivity.
- Coordinate with masons, electricians, plumbers, carpenters, etc.
- Quality Control
- Check the quality of materials and workmanship.
- Ensure construction follows required standards and specifications.
- Identify and report defective work.
- Safety Management
- Ensure workers use PPE such as helmets, safety shoes, gloves, and safety belts.
- Follow site safety procedures.
- Report unsafe conditions and accidents.
- Material Management
- Check materials received at the site.




- Maintain proper storage and usage of materials.
- Inform the Site Engineer/Project Manager when materials are required.
- Daily Progress
- Monitor daily work progress.
- Maintain daily site reports.
- Report completed work and delays to the Site Engineer/Project Manager.
- Coordination
- Coordinate with Site Engineers, contractors, vendors, and workers.
- Resolve routine site-level issues.
- Coordinate different activities so that work does not get delayed.

Pay: ₹22,145.92 - ₹25,343.43 per month
