Roles and responsibility:

We are seeking a creative and data-driven Digital Marketing/Video editor to develop and execute digital marketing strategies that generate quality leads, increase brand visibility, and drive sales for our residential and commercial real estate projects.

- Develop and implement digital marketing campaigns to promote projects.
- Plan and execute paid campaigns on Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), YouTube, and other digital platforms.
- Optimize campaigns to improve lead quality, conversion rates, and ROI.
- Manage company social media accounts and content calendars.
- Create engaging posts, reels, videos, and promotional content.
- Coordinate with designers, photographers,



and videographers to create promotional materials.
- Edit short-form videos, reels, promotional videos, advertisements, and other marketing content.
- Ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels.

what we are looking for:

- 2+ years of experience in digital marketing
- video editing/graphic design experience is valuable to have
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, SEM, and analytics tools.
