About the Role

We are looking for a confident, energetic, and customer-focused Store Sales Executive to join our clothing store.

The candidate will be responsible for handling customers, driving sales, maintaining the store, assisting with inventory, and managing day-to-day store activities. The ideal candidate should genuinely enjoy interacting with people, be comfortable speaking to customers, and have a strong interest in fashion and retail.

Key ResponsibilitiesCustomer & Sales

- Welcome customers and create a friendly and professional shopping experience.
- Understand customer preferences, requirements, and budgets.
- Assist customers in selecting appropriate clothing, sizes, styles, and products.
- Actively drive sales and work towards achieving store sales targets.
- Upsell and cross-sell relevant products where appropriate.
- Build strong relationships with customers and encourage repeat purchases.
- Handle customer questions, feedback, exchanges, and basic complaints professionally.
- Maintain a positive and welcoming environment for all customers.

Store Management

- Manage the day-to-day functioning of the store.
- Ensure the store is clean, organized, and visually appealing at all times.
- Ensure products are properly displayed, folded, arranged, and replenished.
- Assist with opening and closing the store as required.
- Ensure customers receive prompt and attentive service throughout their visit.

Inventory & Billing





- Monitor stock levels and inform management about products that need replenishment.
- Assist with receiving, checking, tagging, arranging, and organizing new stock.
- Maintain basic inventory and sales records.
- Assist with billing, payments, exchanges, and returns.
- Minimize errors in billing, inventory, and order handling.

Customer Relationship Management

- Maintain positive relationships with existing customers.
- Understand customer preferences and provide personalized recommendations.
- Follow up with customers where required regarding new arrivals, products, or special offers.
- Collect and communicate customer feedback to management.
- Identify opportunities to improve customer experience and increase sales.

Reporting & Coordination

- Maintain basic daily sales records and reports.
- Communicate daily sales, customer feedback, stock requirements, and other relevant information to management.
- Coordinate with management regarding new collections, promotions, displays, and store requirements.

Requirements

- Female candidates are strongly encouraged to apply.
- 1–3 years of prior experience in retail sales preferred.
- Experience in a clothing, fashion, apparel, lifestyle, or similar retail store is strongly preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable speaking in both English and Hindi.
- Confident and comfortable interacting with customers in person.




- Good understanding of customer service and basic sales techniques.
- Presentable, professional, and well-mannered.
- Basic computer/POS billing knowledge is an advantage.
- Ability to handle multiple customers during busy periods.
- Responsible, punctual, and dependable.
- Comfortable taking ownership of day-to-day store responsibilities.
- Willing to work retail hours, including weekends and holidays when required.
