About the Role

We are looking for a responsible and organized Spare Parts In-Charge to manage the day-to-day operations of the spare parts store. The person will be responsible for maintaining stock accuracy, handling inward and outward material, coordinating with the service and dispatch teams, and ensuring timely availability of spare parts.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day activities of the spare parts store.
- Receive, verify, and arrange incoming spare parts and accessories.
- Maintain proper stock records and ensure inventory accuracy.
- Handle material inward and outward entries in the system/Excel.
- Issue spare parts to the service and technical teams as per requirements.
- Maintain minimum and maximum stock levels and highlight shortages.
- Coordinate with Purchase, Service, Dispatch, and Accounts teams for spare parts requirements.
- Prepare and maintain stock reports, issue/receipt records, and other store documents.
- Conduct regular physical stock verification and reconcile discrepancies.
- Ensure proper identification, labeling, and storage of spare parts.
- Track damaged, defective, returned, and warranty-related parts separately.
- Maintain records of battery, charger, controller, motor, wiring harness, and other EV spare parts.




- Coordinate for packing and dispatch of spare parts to dealers, service centres, and stores.
- Ensure proper documentation for all material movement.
- Follow proper housekeeping and safety practices in the store.
- Monitor stock movement and inform management about slow-moving, fast-moving, or shortage items.
- Perform any other store-related responsibilities assigned by the management.

Required Skills

- Good knowledge of spare parts and inventory management (2W EV SCOOTER).
- Basic knowledge of EV 2-wheeler spare parts will be preferred.
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel and inventory/ERP software.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to maintain accurate records and documentation.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to handle multiple store activities independently.

Preferred Candidate

- Candidates with experience in automobile/EV 2-wheeler spare parts or warehouse/store operations will be preferred.
- Should be responsible, disciplined, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Should be able to coordinate effectively with internal teams and service partners.

Pay: Up to ₹300,000.00 per year
