Holy Child School, Panchkula is looking for an experienced and passionate Montessori Lead Teacher / Montessori Coordinator to lead the implementation of Montessori-based learning practices across the school.

The role goes beyond classroom teaching. The selected candidate will be responsible for planning and conducting Montessori activities, ensuring effective use of Montessori materials, mentoring teachers, and leading ongoing teacher training to strengthen Montessori pedagogy across the school.

The ideal candidate should have a robust understanding of Montessori philosophy, excellent classroom practices, and the ability to train and inspire other teachers.

Key Deliverables

The Montessori Lead Teacher will be expected to establish:





- A structured Montessori activity calendar.
- A standardized Montessori activity repository for teachers.
- Regular teacher training and demonstration sessions.
- Classroom observation and feedback systems.
- Age-appropriate Montessori activity progression.
- Consistent Montessori practices across classrooms.
- A culture of hands-on, experiential, and child-centered learning.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
