Summary :

We are seeking a skilled Junior/Mid-Level PowerCurve Collections (PCC) Developer with hands-on experience in Experian Power Curve Collections (On-Premises) development and configuration. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and supporting collections strategies, business rules, integrations, and deployments while collaborating closely with business and technical teams to deliver high-quality collection solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- PowerCurve Collections Development Design, develop, and configure collections solutions using Experian PowerCurve Collections (PCC).
- Translate business requirements and Solution Design Specifications (SDS) into configurable strategies, workflows, and business rules.
- Develop and maintain decision strategies, collections policies, and rule sets within PCC.
- Configure and enhance Design Studio components to meet business objectives. Support solution troubleshooting, enhancement, and optimization activities.
- Integration & API Development Develop and maintain integrations between PCC and external systems.
- Configure and support REST/SOAP web services and APIs.
- Implement file-based and real-time data exchange solutions.
- Work with Common Data Services (CDS) and interface packs.
- Database Development Develop and optimize Oracle database objects including: Tables Views Stored Procedures Functions Packages Develop PL/SQL scripts to support complex business scenarios and collections workflows.
- Perform data analysis and issue investigation to support business operations.
- DevOps & Deployment Manage source code repositories using Git and Bitbucket.
- Support CI/CD processes using Jenkins.



Participate in application deployments across Development, QA, UAT, and Production environments.
- Maintain deployment documentation and installation guides. Contribute to release planning and environment management activities.
- Testing & Production Support Support SIT, UAT, and production validation activities.
- Investigate and resolve application defects and configuration issues.
- Provide BAU production support. Monitor batch jobs and platform integrations using Control-M and related tools.
- Participate in incident management and root cause analysis activities.
- Collaboration & Delivery Work closely with Business Analysts, Architects, and Solution Leads.
- Participate in technical design discussions and code reviews.
- Contribute to low-level design documentation and implementation planning.
- Support junior team members and share technical knowledge.

Required Skills Mandatory Skills

- Strong experience with Experian PowerCurve Collections (PCC On-Premise).
- Hands-on experience with PowerCurve Design Studio.
- Experience implementing collection strategies, workflows, and business rules.
- Solid development experience in: Java / J2EE REST & SOAP Web Services Oracle PL/SQL Experience working with system integrations and APIs.
- DevOps & Tools Git / Bitbucket Jenkins CI/CD JIRA Confluence Postman Eclipse IDE Control-M

Preferred Skills

AWS Cloud Services Kubernetes Python Exposure to Machine Learning integrations Experience within Banking, Financial Services, or Collections domains
