Key Responsibilities
*Lead and mentor a team of developers while ensuring timely project delivery.
*Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
*Own the complete technical delivery and architecture of the project.
*Conduct code reviews, design reviews, and enforce coding standards.
*Drive Agile best practices and ensure successful project execution.
*Manage release processes, Jenkins, and technical documentation.
*Prepare project estimations, manage risks, and ensure quality improvements across releases.
*Mentor new team members and contribute to organizational growth.
*Ensure high code quality, successful SIT/UAT execution,
and continuous process improvements.
