We are looking for an experienced Operations Manager with strong experience in Banking, NBFC, Microfinance or Financial Services operations. The candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day operational activities, branch coordination, documentation, MIS, compliance support and overall process management.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise day-to-day operational activities.
- Coordinate with branches and operational teams for smooth functioning.
- Monitor loan/financial service-related documentation and processes.
- Ensure timely and accurate MIS and operational reports.
- Coordinate with branch teams, management and other departments.
- Monitor customer documentation, records and data accuracy.
- Ensure operational processes are followed as per company policies.
- Handle branch-level operational issues and provide timely solutions.
- Monitor daily/weekly/monthly operational performance.
- Maintain proper records and documentation.
- Support internal audits, compliance requirements and management reporting.
- Identify operational gaps and implement process improvements.
- Manage and guide operational staff when required.
Required Experience & Skills
- 3–7 years of relevant experience in Banking / NBFC / Microfinance / Financial Services.
- Previous experience in an Operations Manager / Branch Operations / Regional Operations role preferred.
- Good knowledge of banking/NBFC operational processes.
- Strong knowledge of MS Excel and MIS reporting.
- Valuable communication and team-management skills.
- Ability to handle multiple branches/teams will be an advantage.
- Strong documentation and problem-solving skills.
- Candidate should be comfortable working with operational targets and deadlines.
Education
Graduate in any discipline.
MBA/PGDM or relevant finance qualification will be an added advantage.
Salary
Up to ₹35,000 per month, depending on experience, skills and current compensation.
Preferred Candidate
Candidates currently working or previously working with Banks, NBFCs, Microfinance Companies or other Financial Services Companies are preferred.
