We are seeking an IT Technician to provide technical support, troubleshoot hardware and software issues, and maintain IT systems to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot computers, printers, and other IT equipment.
- Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
- Manage user accounts, software installations, and system updates.
- Maintain IT inventory, perform routine maintenance, and document support activities.
Qualifications
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- 1+ year of IT support or desktop support experience.
- Knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and basic networking.
- Strong troubleshooting, communication, and customer service skills.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
