Management Trainee – Logistics / Import-Export
We are looking for a motivated Management Trainee to gain hands-on experience across Sales, Customer Service, Pricing, and Operations in the logistics and freight forwarding industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Support the Sales team in customer acquisition and business development
Handle customer inquiries and provide timely service updates
Assist in preparing freight quotations and pricing
Coordinate with shipping lines, airlines, transporters, and internal teams
Support import/export shipment documentation and operations
Track shipments and ensure timely customer communication
Learn and assist in end-to-end logistics and freight forwarding processes
