We are looking for a motivated Social Media Ads Specialist to manage paid advertising campaigns for international clients. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in creating, managing, and optimizing Meta (Facebook & Instagram) ad campaigns to generate quality leads and maximize ROI.

Key Responsibilities

- Create, manage, and optimize Facebook & Instagram (Meta) ad campaigns.
- Generate high-quality leads through paid advertising.
- Conduct audience research, targeting, and remarketing.
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize for better results.
- Track key metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPL, CPA, and ROAS.
- Coordinate with the design and content team to develop effective ad creatives.
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports.
- Stay updated with the latest Meta Ads features and best practices.

Requirements





- Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager.
- Strong understanding of lead generation campaigns.
- Experience targeting international markets.
- Knowledge of Meta Pixel and conversion tracking.
- Good analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet deadlines.

Preferred Experience

- 2–4 years of experience in Social Media Advertising or Performance Marketing.
- Experience handling campaigns for international clients is an added advantage.
