Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Civil Planning & Estimation Engineer with solid experience in residential construction projects. The candidate will be responsible for project planning, quantity estimation, BOQ preparation, rate analysis, cost control, billing, and monitoring project progress against planned schedules.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare detailed project schedules, work programs, and construction plans for residential projects.
- Prepare accurate quantity take-offs, BOQs, estimates, and cost sheets from drawings.
- Analyze architectural, structural, and MEP drawings to calculate quantities.
- Prepare rate analysis for civil works, materials, labour, and subcontractor activities.
- Prepare project budgets and monitor actual costs against estimated costs.
- Coordinate with site engineers, contractors, consultants, and procurement teams for project execution.
- Monitor project progress against planned schedules and identify delays or deviations.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
- Prepare and verify contractor/subcontractor measurements and running bills.
- Check material consumption and identify variations against approved quantities.
- Prepare material requirement statements based on project schedules and BOQs.
- Track project variations, additional works, and changes in scope.
- Assist in tendering,



contractor finalization, quotation comparison, and negotiation.
- Maintain cost-control records and provide regular updates to management.
- Coordinate with the site team to ensure planned activities are completed within the target timeline.
- Ensure proper documentation of drawings, BOQs, estimates, work orders, and project records.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of residential building construction and civil execution.
- Excellent knowledge of quantity surveying, estimation, BOQ, and rate analysis.
- Ability to read and interpret architectural and structural drawings.
- Good understanding of RCC, masonry, plastering, waterproofing, flooring, tiling, and finishing works.
- Strong knowledge of Excel and MS Office.
- Knowledge of AutoCAD is preferred.
- Good understanding of project scheduling and cost control.
- Strong analytical and coordination skills.
- Ability to independently prepare estimates and monitor project costs.

Qualification

B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in Civil Engineering preferred.

Candidate Profile

- 4–8 years of relevant experience in planning and estimation for residential construction projects.
- Candidates with strong hands-on experience in BOQ, quantity take-off, rate analysis, billing, budgeting, and project planning will be preferred.
- Should be capable of handling planning and estimation activities independently.
- Strong numerical, analytical, and negotiation skills required.
- Willing to work at the Silvassa location.

Salary: Up to ₹60,000 per month, depending on experience and capability.

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
