Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Sales Manager to lead and inspire our sales team. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets, expand our customer base, and ensure strong client relationships. Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve quarterly and annual sales targets and expand the company's customer base.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales professionals, providing ongoing coaching, training, and performance feedback to ensure individual and team success.
- Set clear sales goals and objectives for the team, monitor performance, and conduct regular performance reviews.
- Identify new market opportunities, analyze competitive landscape, and develop strategies to capture market share.




- Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
- Present sales, revenue, and expense reports and realistic forecasts to the management team.
- Collaborate with marketing, product development, and customer service teams to ensure a cohesive approach to market penetration and customer satisfaction.
- Utilize CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) to track sales activities, manage pipelines, and generate accurate reports.
- Negotiate and close agreements with key accounts, ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify potential threats and opportunities.
