Department: People Science

Position: Psychology Intern

Base Location: Pune

Duration: 6 Months

Role Overview

Support the People Science team in research, content development, training coordination, assessment delivery, and client support activities. Assist in preparing learning materials, conducting research, organizing project documentation, coordinating training and assessment activities, and supporting day-to-day team operations.

Requirements

- Education: Master’s degree in Industrial-Organizational/ Clinical Psychology (Above 70%) (Industrial-Organizational preferred)
- Experience:



Fresher or 6 Months of experience in Research method.
- Understanding of reliability and validity, item analysis, and factor analysis.
- Valuable research, documentation, and content development skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Tools Proficiency: MS Office (SPSS/Canva/LMS exposure is an added advantage).

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in research, data collection, and analysis for assessment and project-related activities.
- Support the development and review of assessment content, learning materials, reports, and documentation.
- Assist in preparing presentations, facilitator guides, participant materials, and other project resources.
- Support coordination of training and assessment programs, including logistics, documentation, and feedback management.
- Assist in preparing client proposals, reports, and other project deliverables under supervision.
- Support client communication, project tracking, and maintenance of internal records and repositories.
- Assist in translation and localization of assessment or learning content based on language proficiency.
- Provide operational support for ongoing projects and other People Science initiatives as assigned.

Pay: From ₹10,000.00 per month
