We are locking for a dynamic and responsible HR MANAGER to manage recruitment,staff coordination,and daily HR operations across fitness9 gym nranches,The candidates should ensure smooth staff management,client satisfaction,and effective communication within the organization.

KEY RESPONSUBILITIES;

1. Manage recruitment &onboarding; of trainers and staff,

2.handle attendance,leaves,and shifts scheduling,

3.Maintain salary processing and payroll records

4.Coordinate with trainers to ensure quality services to clients,

5.Monitor clients feedback regarding training and diet plans,

6.Manage staffperdormance and discipline,

7.Plan and execute events,promotions,and festival activities,

8.Oversee social media coordination for gym promotions,

9.



Prepare daily/weekly staff work reports,

10.Maintain HR records,software,and documentations,

11.Ensure proper communication between management and staff,

REQUIREMENTS :

1.Valuable communication and leadership skills .

2.Basic knowledge ogf HR processes and payroll.

3.Ability to manage multiple branches and teams.

4.Knowledge of MS office /HR software.
