We are looking for a responsible and experienced Accountant to handle day-to-day accounting and financial operations of the company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintaining books of accounts in Tally
- Passing purchase, sales, expense, journal, bank, and cash entries
- Handling GST, TDS, Qualified Tax, and other statutory compliance work
- Coordinating with CA for returns, filings, and taxation matters
- Bank reconciliation and ledger reconciliation
- Maintaining vendor and customer accounts
- Preparing invoices, debit notes, credit notes, and payment records
- Maintaining cash flow, expense tracking, and financial records
- Handling salary records, attendance coordination, and payroll support
- Maintaining stock and inventory-related accounting records
- Managing petty cash and daily accounting operations
- Preparing MIS reports and assisting management in financial reporting
- Coordinating with factories, transporters, vendors, and management regarding accounts-related matters
- Maintaining proper documentation and filing of financial records
- Any other accounting, operational, or administrative work assigned by management from time to time
