Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and results-driven Content Strategist / Content Creator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong content creation, social media, SEO, and audience engagement skills, along with a passion for storytelling and brand communication.

The candidate should be comfortable appearing on camera and creating engaging content for digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Content Strategy

- Develop and implement content strategies aligned with company objectives and brand guidelines.
- Analyze existing content to identify strengths, gaps, and opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with marketing and other departments to ensure content supports business goals.
- Plan and maintain an effective editorial/content calendar.

Audience Engagement

- Develop customer/audience profiles to understand different audience segments.
- Create content tailored to specific target audiences and customer needs.
- Build and maintain an active online community across social media and digital platforms.
- Monitor online conversations, comments, and trends to understand audience preferences and feedback.

Content Creation & Management

- Plan, create, and manage high-quality content for social media, websites, and other digital platforms.
- Create engaging written, visual, and video content that reflects the company's brand identity.
- Be comfortable appearing on camera for videos, reels, interviews, and other digital content.




- Ensure content is consistent in tone, style, quality, and brand guidelines.
- Optimize content for SEO, search visibility, engagement, and user experience.
- Manage content publishing schedules and ensure timely delivery.

Qualifications & Skills

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, English, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in content strategy, content creation, digital marketing, social media, or a related role.
- Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
- Strong understanding of SEO, content marketing, and social media best practices.
- Experience with Content Management Systems (CMS) and analytics tools such as Sprinklr or similar platforms.
- Robust project management and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
- Creative thinker with a strong eye for detail and a passion for storytelling.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
- Comfortable and confident on camera.

Preferred Skills

- Experience creating Instagram Reels, short-form videos, social media campaigns, and other video content.
- Basic knowledge of content performance analytics and reporting.
- Understanding of current social media trends and digital content formats.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
